A Little About Your Agency Owner
Cynthia (Cindy) Peterman is the Owner and Principal Agent of Peterman Insurance Services, licensed in Oregon, Arizona, and California for life, health, property, and casualty. With a Master’s degree in Gerontology and over 14 years as a nurse and care manager in home health, hospice, assisted living, and memory care, Cindy brings a unique clinical perspective to insurance planning. After previous work as a Financial Advisor and her nursing career, she founded Peterman Insurance Services to help families and small businesses avoid the financial devastation she witnessed firsthand brought on by major health events and insufficient insurance protection.
Cindy specializes in protection strategies for individuals and healthcare and wellness small businesses—guiding clients through health, disability, long‑term care, wealth building and commercial insurance. She leads with compassion, offering needs‑based solutions and education to ensure every client understands their coverage and feels confident in their protection plan. Outside of her work, Cindy enjoys reading, hiking, and spending time with her husband and dogs in the Pacific Northwest.
